A standard home inspection is intended to help educate the client in the
evaluation of the overall condition and functionality of the building.

The inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a building
to observed material defects within specific components. It may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical,
plumbing or other systems of the building as identified and agreed to by the client and inspector.

The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent
condition of the building and its components on the date of the inspection. Results of the inspection are not intended to
make any representation regarding latent or concealed defects that may exist.
